On my packaging it says that one piece (85g) contains 6g protein. 10g protein per piece is listed here. What is correct?
If in doubt, always rely on the packaging, online information is usually incorrect, old or not up to date.
Hi Adrian7, unfortunately the nutritional information on the packaging is incorrect. The V-Love Plant-Based Schnitzel contains 10g protein per piece. The corrected nutritional values are already shown online. Due to long lead times and remaining stocks of the "old packaging", it will be a while before the new packaging can be found in stores. Hello Migros Is normal or high oleic sunflower oil used in this product? I ask because normal sunflower oil has a very unfavorable omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acid ratio, which is detrimental to health.

Hi Adrian7, the list of ingredients does not differentiate between conventional and HOLL rapeseed oil, nor between conventional and HO sunflower oil or peanut oil with a higher or lower saturated fat content. Good morning , I have not yet received the V-LOVE products to test.
Why were the vegan M-classic schnitzels taken out of the range and replaced by these (more expensive) ones? They taste just as good.

The Food Regulation does not allow flavorings in organic products (from 2022, in some cases already now). This means that all products that taste like meat due to flavorings would lose this taste. There are currently no alternative ingredients that copy the taste of meat and are also permitted in organic products. Why is sunflower oil used instead of rapeseed oil? Sunflower oil has a very unfavorable fatty acid ratio (too much omega 6, too little omega 3). Most people already consume far too much omega 6, which is detrimental to health. The companies "Zweifel" and "Planted" have already made an exemplary switch to rapeseed oil.

Good morning, since my reference Migros is the one in Crucifix in Savosa.... And there are shelves full of fresh and frozen meat and the like.... I don't understand why you can't find more plant-based products.... Like hamburg meatballs chops... All it would take is a small corner in frozen foods....
