Why is coconut margarine no longer in stock, thank you in advance.
Dear team, can you tell me how high the proportion of trans fats is in this margarine (especially as it contains 26% fully hydrogenated coconut fat)? Thank you very much!
Hello Marialena, the complete hardening of fats and oils does not produce trans fatty acids; this would only be the case with partial hardening. In addition to rapeseed oil and cold-pressed coconut oil, V-Love coconut margarine only contains fully (i.e. completely) hydrogenated coconut oil.
