Simply fine and good
Even better than the "normal" Milanese dough. As it has no eggs in it, it's probably also a little safer to eat raw. In any case, I really enjoyed it - raw and baked :)
Super vegan alternative
The list of ingredients is huge, like all plant-based products. Questionable in the long term, and of course overpriced. But the marketing seems to work, as the articles show.
Has a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Delicious, and totally comparable to non-vegan.
They are great to roll out and cut out...taste excellent
