The frozen version is more of a "basic" recipe; fresh pasta, tomatoes, meat substitute and "vegan" béchamel / cheese alternative. The recipe from the fresh section also contains a slightly higher proportion of tomatoes than the frozen product and vegetables (peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, courgettes, eggplants, mushrooms). The contents of the more favorable and less favorable nutritional properties of a food are offset against each other. This results in a score, which is then assigned a letter and a color. The favorable nutritional properties include a high protein and fiber content, a high proportion of fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes as well as the use of rapeseed, walnut and olive oil. Unfavorable nutritional properties include a high energy content (calories), saturated fatty acids, sugar and salt. The main negative aspect of V-Love lasagne is the salt content of the product.
