I made the goulash with vegan mashed potatoes. I think it tastes great. I deducted one star because although the jackfruit looks like meat and tastes like it, I have to say it is soft. Apart from the consistency, I think the product is a 10/10

I found the goulash really tasty. It has quite a lot of vegetables in it, which I really like. I think the ratio of sauce to goulash is right. Basically, it has a good spiciness, the only thing missing is a bit of "depth".
So it's definitely something to have at home for an emergency stockpile.
Can really get you high when you eat it it is very very soft the jackfruit
