The powder does not work as an instant drink. - BUT: I mix the powder into the Mailänderli dough and sieve it over it before baking. Voilà - matcha latte biscuits. It tastes so good.
I thought it was an instant drink with a vegan milk substitute. For on the go. But it's just matcha with sugar. Honestly, matcha powder without sugar would be better. And I think the name is misleading.

The taste is very fine, the ingredients are okay for now and then, but the solubility leaves something to be desired in my opinion. I usually have a clear sediment at the bottom of the cup and some lumps in the milk, which is a shame.
