We introduced a new system at the beginning of June to make our processes even better. Unfortunately, this change has led to logistical challenges, which is why some dairy products are currently unavailable. Due to the high demand and the problems in logistics, there may therefore be temporary gaps in our range.
Unfortunately, we cannot say exactly how long these restrictions will last at the moment. However, our IT specialists are working flat out to rectify the weak points as quickly as possible. We have already implemented immediate measures such as procuring replacements, outsourcing activities and manual order picking.
Despite the technical restrictions, deliveries are still taking place. We are making sure that everything arrives at the stores on time and are adjusting the production quantities to the delivery capacities. Good morning. In the Locarno area, the "closest" Migros that sells this product is in Sant'Antonino, and there are often few or out of stock on the shelf. What is holding you back from supplying the other Migros as well since it is a well-sold, well-loved and appreciated product?
This product has been missing from the shelves for some time. Is this just a supply problem or has it been taken out of the range? The latter would be incomprehensible to me, because when I wanted to buy it, it was usually the first of all the oat drinks to be gone, so I assume that demand was high.

Why is this product not in the online shop? I love it and would take larger amounts if i could get it delivered with my current weekly online shopping but if i have to go buy it myself i can carry less amount and so reducing my consumption to the minimum. Is the only option of oatmilk that is gluten free and i have celiac disease so can only consume glutenfree option. Currently this drives me to buy more from coop as they have an option online.

Why do the oat drinks all have sunflower oil in them? (The one from Beleaf does not)
