I'm probably on the wrong track. Hence the question: these are obviously vegan gnocchi....öhm, what's not vegan about M-Budget gnocchi, for example?
Good morning pumuck1 M-Budget potato gnocchi are vegan according to the recipe, but not vegi-certified and therefore not labeled. The label would make them more expensive. best regardsFrederica

Has the recipe changed? There are still eggs on the list of ingredients, bought yesterday, without eggs. If there are eggs in it, it is not vegan and therefore the answer below is not correct? I'm confused. I am vegan and was pleased to have found vegan gnocchi. Thank you for your feedback.

Is the lactic acid in this product vegan?
