The flutes are nice and crispy, but unfortunately rather dry and not as buttery and crumbly as conventional flutes. The buttery taste is also somewhat lacking. The seeds give them a rustic touch, which I really liked.

My daughter thinks they are very good🥰! She can't tolerate cow's milk and we are very happy for any alternative!
