Hello, are these falafel gluten-free?
If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). Ingredients containing gluten must not be "hidden"! Feederica is right: if a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). In addition, gluten-containing ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Hello. It says on the pack: Defrosted. Is it safe to refreeze this product? Unfortunately, it is not clear when the product was defrosted during production, before or after frying, or only before packaging?

These are high-quality technological products and the taste properties could be affected by freezing and defrosting. However, there is no health risk at all from freezing.
