Hello, why did Migros stop selling vanilla-rhubarb yogurt when it was such a popular product and the other flavors available are not as interesting? Does this have anything to do with costs or the difficulty of finding ingredients for this yogurt, or is it a choice of brand policy?

The product and the strawberry-flavored one are really delicious. But why do many of the other Vegurts cost twice as much? I think that's a shame.
Hi lnltm, we're so pleased that you like the strawberry and mango vegurts! The vegurts that are not soy-based have higher prices. This is partly due to more expensive raw materials. In addition, soy-based vegurts have been around for many years, so the technology is much more advanced and the production processes more mature. V-love soya Mango 150grm why 14g of sugar.it's way too much.
Hello bubu4546, we constantly monitor the sensory properties of our products and try to reduce the sugar content. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove sugar entirely from this product without having a considerable impact on its taste. Hello, when this new soy vegurt was launched, mango and strawberry flavors were also available in our store in addition to the classic. As I am unfortunately intolerant to dairy products, I was very happy about this alternative, which incidentally also tastes really good. For some time now, however, there has only been the Classic variant without flavor, which unfortunately doesn't taste very good. Especially not when I want to eat a yoghurt "just like that". Unfortunately, the sales staff were also unable to help me find out why the mango and strawberry flavors and, as I can see, Birchermüesli are no longer delivered to the Hombrechtikon branch? All flavors of the other almond and coconut vegurt are available. Could it be that Migros would prefer to sell the almond and coconut vegurts, which are twice as expensive? According to the sales staff, there are many customers who are looking for these soy-based products. Thank you for your answer.

Does this product contain alcohol in any way? Ethanol or in the carrier substances? The ingredients say natural flavors. Is it completely alcohol-free?

I ate a vegan diet for a school project. Now I'm writing a paper about it and would be happy if I knew the origin of the soy.

The soy for the yogurts comes exclusively from Northern Italy and the soy for our drinks from China. In the summer, however, there will be a switch to a different sourcing country for the drinks. Hello_1476555 Thank you for your question. Soyog is a fermented soy product similar to yogurt. Soy milk is made from soy flour and water. This soy milk is then fermented with lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus). The bacteria metabolize part of the added sucrose and any other fermentable carbohydrates from the soybean. There used to be a sea mix of this yogurt in Migros Aare. I first discovered it in Döttingen and later in Brugg. Now I can't find the berry mix in either Döttingen or Brugg. TOO BAD!

Is the soy genetically modified?

We are happy to confirm that the soy used for our soy yogurt is certified organic. It goes without saying that no genetically modified soy is used. Genetically modified products are generally prohibited in Switzerland.
