The microorganisms Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus are used for fermentation. These are the same types of bacteria that are used for the fermentation of yoghurt. In addition, Organic V-Love Soy Strawberry does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore, always check the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). For example, the sugar content of numerous yogurts and vegurts has already been gradually reduced several times. However, Migros' approach to sugar reduction is to gradually reduce the amount of added sugar instead of replacing it with synthetic sweeteners such as steviol glycoside (E960) or erythritol (E968). In addition, the use of additives in organic products is very limited - the use of steviol glycoside (E960) in organic V-Love Soy Strawberry, for example, is prohibited.
