You once had a soy quark in your range for a short time. Will it be back at some point? 😃
Hello Roadrunner123, thank you for your question. You won't find soy quark in our range at the moment. We have gladly accepted your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The front of the cup says "High Protein". Now that's an absolute joke! It has less protein than a yoghurt, it's just a way of catching customers.
I don't quite understand the "madness" of "high protein" products either. Too much (is) can also be unhealthy, but "leger" products are no longer in the range, which would be better for your health, so I cover my protein intake with a large glass of milk every day.
Hello indios, we can reassure you that everything is above board here. The V-Love soy vegurt has the same amount of protein as the M-Classic Nature yoghurt, for example. Furthermore, the law stipulates when a product may be described as "high in protein". For example, the claim "high protein" or "rich in protein" etc. is only permitted if the protein content accounts for at least 20 percent of the total energy value of the food. This is guaranteed with this product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
A joke, it's like a normal yogurt with normal low protein. 3.7 g of protein per 100 g is not high protein...... customer catching
Brave new world, there used to be no such "problems".
Proteins have an average calorie content of 4kcal per gram. Vegurt has approx. 1/4th fewer calories but the same amount of protein. Please inform yourself beforehand.
Hello V-Phil, can you explain your question/comment in more detail? What do you mean by the comment "please inform yourself beforehand"? Both vegurt and normal yoghurt consist not only of protein but also contain other energy-supplying nutrients such as carbohydrates and fat. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could a 500gr cup please be offered? That would be cheaper for families. There are large ones from Alnatura, but this one suits me better. Thank you!
Hello farmer, thank you for your input, which we will be happy to pass on internally and review when we next revise the line. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Exactly, they're far too small for me too. 2 spoons and they're gone.............

Origin of soy Unfortunately, it is not clear on most products where the soy comes from. Soy is sometimes discredited because of the way it is grown. It would be great to know where the soy in the V-Love products comes from. Could you provide more details, perhaps in future on the product itself?
Good morning rubininio It changes all the time. If you read here: from Italy and France. Banderole or packaging would then have to be constantly adapted and would indicate the wrong origin when the country changes and is applied. Best regardsFrederica
Hello rubininio, thank you for your post. The soy comes from Europe; the origin can be France, Germany or Austria. This changes depending on availability. As Frederica correctly wrote, we do not indicate the origin on the products for this reason. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does soy yogurt cost more than milk yogurt? The ingredients should be much cheaper.
Hello Migipediker, thank you for your question. The price difference between soy yoghurts and milk yoghurts can be attributed to various factors: considerably more expensive raw materials, more expensive production process, lower production volume and more difficult development. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I miss the soy vegurt chocolate in my Migros in Wettingen? I can't find it online either. I wouldn't like it if it was taken out of the range, chocolate is a classic that shouldn't be missing.....
Hello Blueeye59, thank you for your inquiry about Organic V-Love Vegurt Chocolate. We regret to inform you that we no longer offer this product. The demand was unfortunately very low, which was the reason for this measure. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a tasty alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

We've been asking on Migipedia for a sugar-free soy yogurt for years, but unfortunately it's still not available from Migros. Too bad we have to go to the COOP for it! :( Do you think you'll ever make it?
Hello iboulley, thank you for your request and your interest in our range. You're not the first to express this wish, and we've already had the opportunity to discuss the matter with our supplier. Unfortunately, it turns out that it is not possible to remove sugar from this product without having a considerable impact on its taste. In other words, without sugar, soy yogurt wouldn't taste good at all. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

Are the soy yogurts also gluten-free?
Good morning Benji303 If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Accordingly: Pay attention to the list of ingredients! Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten". Spices are gluten-free by definition. Seasoning mixes may contain gluten, but this would then have to be declared (e.g. seasoning mix [with wheat starch]) Best regards Frederica
Hi Benji303 The aha! Soyogs, with the exception of the aha! Soy Soyog Birchermüesli (2035.103), they do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore: Check the list of ingredients! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I love these organic soy products aha! Where in Switzerland are Soyog and Soy Drink produced?
Hello Leila413, thank you for your question. The organic aha! Soy Drink is produced by ELSA in Estavayer and the Soyog by Emmi in Lucerne. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

My child has a milk allergy and regularly eats these yogurts. His favorite yogurt is the chocolate-flavored one. Unfortunately, we can no longer find it on the shelves anywhere (Freiburg-Neuenburg region). Can we hope that it will soon be available again?
After thorough inquiries with our responsible department, we regret to confirm that this item has been removed from the range as sales were too low. However, as a lactose-free alternative we can offer you the article "Vegan Choco Dessert aha!", Art. 2053.725 at a price of CHF 3.30 for 4 cups. We would like to thank you very much for your understanding and trust and will of course be happy to provide you with further information.
