Is a high oleic sunflower oil used for this product?
Hi Adrian7, thank you for your inquiry. The Bio V-Love Plant-Based Carpaccio product contains sunflower oil, but not one with a high oleic acid content. It is a sunflower oil containing linoleic acid. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Why can this vegan product also contain eggs and milk? I am indignant!
You don't have to, it's a hint for allergy sufferers because animal products are also produced at the same location, take a look at https://www.vegpool.de/magazin/kann-spuren-enthalten-vegan.html
Hello Kymba00, thank you for your reply. I had already heard about that. Nevertheless, I don't think it should be.
Hello Turchese, the note "may contain milk / egg" and the vegan V-label are not mutually exclusive. The note "may contain..." on product packaging serves as a warning for allergy sufferers. The note is added if, despite all precautionary measures, there is a risk of minor unintentional carry-over of allergenic substances such as milk and egg in the production facility. In terms of the recipe, however, these products contain neither milk nor egg ingredients and can therefore be awarded the vegan V-label. This is awarded by Swissveg after careful examination and in accordance with strict specifications. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
