Since I need to make sure I get enough calcium in my diet, I would like to know how much calcium this product contains, if this has been studied.
Hello Earlybird_1, unfortunately we cannot provide any information on the calcium content of the "V-Love Plant-Based Balls", as this value is not determined analytically as standard. Based on the list of ingredients, it can be estimated that the product does not have a particularly high calcium content. Very good sources of calcium are milk and dairy products or, in the case of a vegan diet, products fortified with calcium such as the "V-Love Oat Drink Calcium". Mineral water with a high calcium content (at least 300 mg calcium per liter) can also help to cover your calcium requirements more easily (e.g. with "Aproz Mineral Water").
