Still far too sweet! Glucose!
What's with the butter in this roll? It's complete nonsense to use butter in a spelt roll. The same goes for the glucose, the roll is far too sweet and tastes like cake, not bread. Please adapt the recipe: WITHOUT BUTTER and WITHOUT GLUCOSE.
Why does the bread roll suddenly have butter in it? It absolutely does not belong in a spelt roll. Please go back to the old recipe and without sugar! Just spelt flour, water, yeast or sourdough. That's enough.

Too sweet with 0.7 % sugar per 100 g???, less is hardly possible, sometimes I don't understand you at all. In future I will serve this roll as a cake at my women's get-together, I wonder how they will react. No one will come to me.
