Product good, delivery from Micasa BAD (!): it took 3 weeks before I received the pleated tape. I contacted Micasa customer service, but received no active help from the Micasa customer advisor, Ms. L. Rufer: the pleated tape had been sent to Micasa and I would have to solve the delivery problem myself with the supplier (DHL) - even though I had paid CHF 4.90 for the delivery. It was only through my own time-consuming research that I found out from DHL (the delivery agent) that they (DHL) were not authorized by Micasa to leave products in the recipient's letterbox or on their doorstep without a signature. The product would have fitted in my letterbox without any problems, but as I was not present for the signature (I was at work), the product could not be delivered to me. I wonder why Micasa didn't authorize DHL to put the folded tape in my letterbox - that's what letterboxes are for. DHL said that it was simply a question of responsibility and that if the sender (Micasa) wanted a signature, they (DHL) had to comply. It is also a great pity that I received no help or explanation from the Micasa customer advisor. As a result, I will not be ordering anything from Micasa again.
