hi, i bought a unitec climate o787 thermometer 14 months ago. for the past few weeks, it has been randomly emitting very loud beeps. how can i stop these beeps? thank you in advance for your reply.
Hello pascale07spicher, Thank you for your inquiry regarding the radio thermometer. After consulting the manufacturer, we can inform you that there are two possible reasons for the beeping sounds. 1. You have mistakenly activated the temperature alarm, which is triggered at the programmed value. You can, of course, deactivate this alarm. 2. In your immediate vicinity, a device has been switched on which emits exactly the same frequency range. If this is the case, the thermometer recognizes an almost new sensor and confirms this with a beep. This can be remedied by relocating the station.
