Unfortunately, we bought it by mistake; the half sheets bother us...
The half sheets are brilliant because you often only need a small piece.
Unfortunately, the paper now sticks to the meat and has to be scraped off with a knife, which wasn't the case before. This makes it unusable for me.
I would not buy this product again. The sheets are soft, but too thin. They do not absorb as much liquid, which means that you use more of them than other brands.
I don't see any advantage in halving the leaves.
Dissolves when it gets damp. Absolutely unsuitable for dabbing food (meat, fish) dry, individual layers stick to the meat and are almost impossible to remove.
It was my household paper for years. But you simply can't work with half sheets. An absolutely catastrophic deterioration of a previously flawless product!
