For about two weeks now, the packs in my Migros have no longer had a handle. Is this permanent? This has made the rolls much less practical for shopping without a car.

The production number usually begins with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. We will then be able to make further inquiries for you. We would also be grateful if you could send us photos of the pack without the handle. We would also ask you to keep the sample in case our specialist department needs it for testing. Good evening, thank you very much for your reply! Unfortunately, the pack was already opened, so I can't really take a photo of it - but I found the following print on the foil, is that the number you want? "0501240651 B 05:52".
At least on the Saturday before last and last Saturday (26.7. and 2.8.), the carrying handle was missing on all the packs I saw in the Migros Ebikon Ladengasse. Presumably they haven't all gone yet and there might still be an unopened one there :)
