During our clarifications with the responsible specialist department, it turned out that we adjusted the size to a newer and smaller cleaning system. This is so that less material is used for sustainability reasons. Unfortunately, older models of this cleaning system may no longer fit. We are aware that a new purchase is necessary as a result of this change. However, the changeover is more ecological in the long term. In addition, the situation on the raw materials market is currently very tight. Prices are rising. If the manufacturer had left the size unchanged, he would have had to raise the price. We would prefer not to do this in the interests of our customers. In future, we will only have a new, completely revised system in our range, which corresponds to the current size L. Hi Zimt1. I had the same problem. I found the wipes here again https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s7/product/creaclean-wet-xl-reinigungsutensil-24621658 not care, but wet at least in XL format. This manufacturer has probably managed to keep the prices despite the tight situation! Perhaps the Care wipes will still be available from this brand when they are no longer available in XL format from Migros. From my point of view, the statement that the smaller version is more ecological is absolutely wrong and just du**, because I can't clean the same area with the smaller ones and simply need more cloths. In the end, I've only lost time and money, as I need longer to clean (because of the small surface area) and have to change the cloth more often. In addition, the small cloths cost relatively more, which completely contradicts the "we would like to do without this for the sake of our customers". I find it just as outrageous that you are forced to buy a new system, but the other brand can remedy this. if Migros had done this for ecological reasons, they would have simply kept the old system, because if you have to throw away the old one and buy a new one, it is certainly less ecological! It's pure money-making to make even more profit. Better buy from the other brand, they still know what customer-friendly action means.
