When will the Zero product be available?
Hello Guerillaknitter, thank you for your inquiry. No Zero variant is currently planned. Nevertheless, the specialist department is prepared to address the issue as part of the next product range revision. If necessary, they will make adjustments. In this context, perhaps you would like to try our M-Budget Grapefruit? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I just want 500ml bottles.
Hello Guerillaknitter, thank you very much for your feedback. Unfortunately there is no suitable alternative for the size you are looking for :-(. But: If you are open to new flavors, we recommend the Tuca Zero Passion or the Tuca Zero Citro. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

New recipe...and you secretly turn a version that contained "Free"/"Light"/"Zero" into a 100% sugary one?! Not exactly customer-friendly - without communicating this in the magazine or wherever! And now I'm sitting on 2 six-packs and have to hold back on drinking. Need for explanation.
I don't think it ever said free/zero or anything else on the packaging before. Just stevia and possibly low calorie
No, Migros customer service has just informed me that the recipe has actually been changed, and with it the light/free/zero version. So from kcal 0.7 per dl suddenly to 44 - due to negative customer feedback. I personally don't notice any difference, apart from the calorie count. But after only 8 months on the market, changing it so secretly. Annoying.
It wasn't clandestine. There were posts here and as far as I have seen there is a sticker on the packaging (not quite sure here).
Yes and no. Of course I noticed the "new recipe". But that only refers to the recipe and not the calorie count. If an ingredient is changed, it doesn't mean that the calorie count will skyrocket. That's why I took a quick look at the nutritional values and....Na yes. So I have to switch back to Pepita Light. But customer service said I could use Grapefruit Budget instead...
Hello draho208, I'm sorry that you no longer like the new recipe. Due to negative customer feedback, we have called for a test here on Migipedia(https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/produkttest/tuca-neue-rezeptur-nochmals-testen). We also advertised the recipe change in the Migros magazine and on the website. I have nevertheless submitted your feedback to our specialist department. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
