Why is this product listed on migros.ch under the YUPI brand (both in stores and online) when it is from TROLLI? And why is it listed both there and here with an English product name, even though it clearly says "Saure Glühwürmchen" on the packaging?
Hello Nachtspalter, thank you for your request. We apologize for our late reply. The clarifications took longer than expected. We appreciate you drawing our attention to a discrepancy. The products used to be called YUPI. Subsequently there was a change to "Trolli - sour fireflies". We will update the data as soon as possible and ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros, in the spirit of Generation M, would it not be appropriate to replace the animal gelatine with a vegan version? Our 9-year-old daughter loves the Würmli ice cream, but since she's gone vegetarian, she misses her favorite ice cream. Thank you!
Hello Simeli_2, thank you for your inquiry. In view of your description, we understand why your daughter does not want to do without the ice cream. We have of course submitted your request for a vegetarian version to our specialist department. Those responsible will be happy to consider your suggestion as part of the next product revision. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello. is the "gelatine" pork or beef gelatine? How is it with all your labels, do I have to assume that it always contains pork gelatine? Thank you.
Hello schueck2, the product Trolli Sour Glow Worms Art. No. 1605.624 contains pork gelatine. Pork gelatine is usually used in foodstuffs. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Did you quietly reduce the content? They have recently become much smaller :( but the price is still the same. ...
Hello Kernal, thank you very much for your input. We have not changed anything for this glacé. The contents, the grammage and the millimeter specification are still the same. Would you still have a photo of it? If so, please send it to us via the contact form https://www.migros.ch/de/services/kundendienst/infoline/produkt.html with all the other details about the product. Many thanks in advance. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

My children love them. But why does it no longer have real "Yupi Glow Worms" in it, but gummy bears instead?
Great, our family loves it. But there are fewer and fewer "Würmlis" in it, so it's no fun any more. I don't understand why there aren't the same number of them everywhere and, above all, why there aren't more?
. Hello Isidor! It's great that your family likes the Yupi Sour Glow Worms ice cream so much :) We have discussed your question with the supplier. For technical production reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to add more worms, as we would otherwise no longer be able to add a wooden stick to the ice cream. This cannot be inserted into the sausages. That's why the ice cream contains two sausages. But we hope that you will still enjoy sweetening your summer! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Insufficient glowworms! We can also confirm that in some glaces there are 4-5 worms per glaze and in other packs up to 11-18 worms per glaze. There are too many packs with defects. Our grandchildren are sometimes very disappointed and we can't explain it to them. These are serious quality defects! The price-performance ratio is not right at all. mfg r.m.

Thank you for your feedback.
We need the M-Data and the lot number of one of the packs in which there were too few worms so that we can investigate. Can you provide us with this information?
You can find the lot number near the best-before date, it usually starts with L or there are numbers and letters mixed together.

it can't be that in a large pack or individual assortment in some glaces there are only 2-3 worms and in some 12 - 13 worms ! it's a cheeky thing like that... and please don't give me the "weight" excuse.
Hello guest
Thank you for your comment. We regret that there were not the same number of worms in every ice cream.
The specialist department has contacted the supplier and asked for a statement. We will be happy to pass the information on to you.
Occasionally, the fruit jelly feed may become blocked. If this blockage is not cleared immediately, the distribution of some products may be uneven. As soon as the blockage is cleared, a larger quantity of worms can get into the ice cream.
The supplier's quality assurance department has taken the necessary steps and the employees have been informed so that we can avoid such incidents as far as possible.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
