Hi, I would like to ask about this type of marshmallow. Are they made from pork gelatine or another animal gelatine?

Why is there no Marshmellow without animal gelatine? It is a huge concern, especially that Migros does not offer it. It is so easy to make everything without pork gelatine, so that everyone is really considered
Hello logischguel, thank you for your inquiry. We do not currently offer MarshMallows without animal gelatine. We have gladly submitted your request to the responsible department. Unfortunately, it is not so easy to replace gelatine with plant-based gelling agents in an existing recipe. The consistency and taste of the products would change considerably and would ultimately no longer be comparable with the original product. Do you already know our "Bizzl Mix" (https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/101020300000)? We make this product without gelatine and do not use any animal ingredients at all.
