For allergy reasons, could you please tell me the exact quantity of egg?

Hello, in my last 2 packs there were an unusually large number of Chrömli without jam, i.e. just the lid or the base alone. In one pack there were 10 pieces (maybe that's why they were on promotion;-)). I think this is a production error, but just so many? Surely that should be noticeable? There's already a bit less jam in it. Nevertheless, I'm actually happy with the Chrömli. Batch is: L 2014502723 11:25 Kind regards

Hello migrosbenni, thank you very much for your message. The Spitzbuben you described do indeed seem to contain too little filling. After consultation with our specialist department, it is possible that there is a slight horizontal shift in the nozzles at the depositing station that distributes the filling onto the base. As a result, the filling is no longer centered, but is sprayed slightly offset onto the base. As a result, not all of the holes are filled in some pointed biscuits. Employees normally sort out such faulty products. We are sorry that this did not happen in your case. You will hear from us again privately. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, like other users, I notice that the advertising on the packaging does not correspond to the "real" cookies! I can send you photos, as well as the batch if necessary. The inside is clearly orange and can't just be the result of a lack of colorants. Would it be possible to know the percentage of raspberries or redcurrants used? The information on the packaging isn't clear to me: is it 20% "shortbread cookies filled with raspberries and redcurrants (20%)" or 6% "raspberry puree (4%) + redcurrant juice (2%)"? The appearance (as well as the taste) makes it impossible to distinguish between raspberry and redcurrant. I think this is a deception on the product (which, by the way, is not bad!). I look forward to hearing from you, and send you my best regards.

Hello Evad66, we're sorry that the labelling has caused confusion. The 20% refers to the fruit filling as a whole; the fruit content is indicated in the ingredients list and amounts to 4% for the raspberry puree and 2% for the redcurrant juice. Some time ago, we changed the filling to 100% natural ingredients, so it no longer contains colorants. The natural recipe can, by its very nature, lead to variations in color. Raspberry jam tends to be more orange-brown-reddish in color. With best regards, your M-Infoline team

I have the same problem with the Spitzbuben I bought. It has little jam in it and obviously not raspberry jam but something else, possibly apricot jam.

Hello Claudy_31, thank you for sharing the production data. We have had the retained samples checked. No deviations were found. For some time now, we have been using only natural ingredients and no colorants for the filling. Due to the natural recipe, there can naturally be variations in color and taste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The Spitzbuben are good, but the confi doesn't look like a raspberry and redcurrant filling at all! It's orange, at best apricot?
