Hello, Ji2151de, the product "Tradition Moutarde gros grains" does not contain any ingredients containing gluten or possible traces of gluten. If a product contains gluten-based ingredients, these must be declared and the cereal containing gluten clearly mentioned (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Gluten-containing ingredients must not be "hidden"! If the product may contain traces of gluten due to the various decanting operations involved in its production, it must bear the words "may contain..." at the end of the list of ingredients ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Spices are by definition gluten-free, unlike spice blends, which may contain gluten, and this should be clearly stated where appropriate (e.g. spice blend; contains wheat starch). This mustard is perfect for marinades. You can also feel the mustard after the meat has been fried: delicious! The aroma and the coarse-grained consistency make this mustard a very fine product. I think it's great that this product comes in a jar. Only the size could be reduced as this mustard does not keep for too long once the jar has been opened.
