Good day! I have a question. Could you let me know prices? I am interested in organic products in Switzerland but I am not yet clear how much they cost and where I can find your products. I would like to know the prices of TerraSuisse carrots (1kg) milk (1L) minced beef (100g) egg(1 piece) It would be very nice if I could more easily find your products nearby. Many thanks in advance!

TerraSuisse is the brand for IP-Suisse products and therefore has nothing to do with organic. A lot of pesticides are used in TerraSuisse products. Bio Suisse is better.
Hello Prices You can find a large selection of our Terrasuisse products here, on our migros.ch website(https://produkte.migros.ch/sortiment?q=terrasuisse) or on Migipedia(https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/?q=terrasuisse). If you would like to know where you can find a particular product, please let us know your preferred shopping location. Then we can help you further. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Prices, we would like to explain the Terra-Suisse brand to you below. This label is based on the IP-SUISSE guidelines. The added values of Terra-Suisse products are: Animal welfare, biodiversity and resource conservation. Animal welfare: The animals on IP-Suisse farms are kept in a species-appropriate manner with free range. This means that the animals have free access to a free range yard and can spend time in daylight and fresh air. Biodiversity: IP-SUISSE farmers create habitats for rare wild animals and plants on their farms and are thus committed to biodiversity. Conservation of resources: IP-Suisse producers are not allowed to use insecticides, fungicides and growth regulators when growing cereals and rapeseed, thus conserving resources and protecting the environment. Organic farmers may only use so-called natural pesticides such as copper or sulphur. The fact is; TerraSuisse is not the same as organic. However, the statement that a lot of pesticides are used for Terra-Suisse products is not correct. The use of pesticides is very restrictive. Terra-Suisse products therefore offer considerable added value compared to conventional products. We hope this answer will help you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

molli I was looking for spelt pasta in Migros Adliswil a few days ago. All durum wheat. The store was completely renovated just a few years ago. It's amazing that so much durum wheat is still on offer, even though wheat is known to be something to avoid if you have allergies.
What does the degree of milling mean? If I buy a pack of spelt grain and grind it, then for me it is wholemeal flour.
Wholemeal flour that is offered without a type number is 100% milled.
When ground products are burned, ash remains. The different type numbers are determined according to the amount of minerals in the ash. If the ash from 100 g of burnt flour in the dry mass is 1,050 mg, for example, then the flour is designated as type 1050.
The higher the type number, the higher the proportion of mineral-containing shell layers and the darker the flour.
Dear guest
Thank you for your comment.
The degree of milling of the spelt flour for our pasta is approx. 80%, comparable to a smoked flour. The degree of milling or the yield indicates how many kg of flour were produced from 100 kg of grain. A yield of approx. 40% for wheat yields type 405 (light flours), approx. 65% for type 550 and approx. 80% for type 1050 (dark flours) The type designation is based on the mineral content in 100 kg of flour: wheat flour type 405, for example, contains 4.05 g of minerals in 100 g of flour. The higher the flour type, the more husk components (fiber, vitamins and minerals) are in the flour. Wholemeal flour is obtained from the whole grain (yield at least 98%) and has no type designation. In Switzerland, certain mineral contents are prescribed for the different types of flour (without types).
We hope this answers your questions and wish you a good day.

It would be interesting for me as a buyer to know the degree of milling of pasta and other flour products. Are the spelt croissants made from wholemeal flour? Why isn't there a large selection of wholemeal pasta when everyone knows that it contains much more vitamins and minerals, tastes better and is more filling... Thank you for your answer!
Hello Franziska
Thank you for your suggestion, which we are happy to take on board.
Wholemeal flour has a degree of milling of over 1.7%. The UrDinkel-Hörnli have a degree of milling of 1- 1.3%, which corresponds to a smoked flour.
Best regards

I feel the same way as Franziska: I would very much welcome a larger selection of wholemeal pasta, preferably Swiss and/or organic!
