Practical and inexpensive, the pastry may lack a little crunch. The taste is OK, I much prefer to make the tartes flambées myself, but when you don't have the time it does the job.

Dry, floury dough. Bland in taste. Even the low price doesn't help... I wouldn't buy it again.
Tip: Buy Anna's Best tarte flambée dough, add crème fraiche, bacon and onions, bake and enjoy
