Why was the recipe adapted? I am very lactose intolerant and was able to eat the biscuits. Now quite a few have been omitted... thank goodness I saw that on the packaging. Otherwise it would have turned out badly... it's tragic that everything always has to be changed and we only have to switch to the few expensive aha products!!!

Hello flaedermus13, the recipe for Tradition Cremisso is unchanged. The packaging has remained unchanged since 2021 and skimmed milk powder is also declared on the oldest packaging we could find (2016). Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The comment was about the lemon hearts. This recipe was different a few years ago!

Ingredients old packaging see picture

But the fact that butter is used instead of vegetable oil is more of an upgrade... less for you as an allergy sufferer, of course... :(

Hi flaedermus13, in 2020 all Tradition recipes were converted to butter. This was to create greater differentiation from Créa d'Or, among other things. We revised the design and placed a note "with Swiss butter" on the items. We understand your disappointment and hope you find a new favorite. Our You Cookies Cranberry, for example, are vegan. Why have you removed the dark Cremisso from the range?

Hello MarcWe, thank you for your question. We assume you are missing the Cremisso Choc-Amade tradition? As demand was unfortunately too low, we have decided to remove these biscuits from our range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why did you do that? Bring back the old, correct recipe. Nobody wants the new one, everyone complains. Make your customers happy again.

Hello Cecotto, thank you for your question. By adapting the recipe, we want to go back to the origins of this product. We have adapted the entire Tradition line. We have replaced the palm oil with butter. We are happy to pass on the fact that you are not convinced by the new recipe to the person responsible for the product. However, we cannot promise you that the old recipe will return, or at least not yet. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello I just realized that they are with palm oil. I don't understand this choice to keep palm oil. Indeed, I see that the question was asked several years ago.

Hello ChristineHorgen, thank you for your message about the Tradition Cremisso product. When we use palm oil in our products, it always comes from sustainable production. For technological reasons, it is unfortunately not always possible to dispense with palm oil in products. Migros has been resolutely and effectively committed to sustainable palm oil for around 20 years, like hardly any other company. For 98% of the palm oil used, Migros knows the plantations where the palm trees are grown. Among other things, it guarantees that tropical forests are not deforested, that peat bogs are not destroyed and that critical pesticides are not used. Sincerely, your M-Infoline team

It would be great if they could be produced without eggs, milk and palm oil. The "Fourrés chocolat" from Le Moulin du Pivert show that this is possible and still highly addictive. These are vegan and, in my opinion, taste much better because they are more chocolatey!

They were so much better when they were smaller... pity.

Hi logaudin,
In Switzerland, Cremisso cookies are sold in the Tradition line. Three years ago, the "Tradition" line of cookies replaced the Le Pâtissier and Grand-Mère ranges with the following advantages:

- no colorants
- no preservatives
- no artificial flavors (= 100% natural flavors)
We are particularly pleased that Midor was the first Swiss cookie producer to promote these values, and that its products are sold exclusively at Migros.
Midor uses only free-range Swiss eggs for its Tradition cookies. In this way, the company contributes to the sale of Swiss eggs, taking an important step forward in the industry.

In terms of size, the cookies remain unchanged.

Best regards

Hello,
Thank you very much for your very interesting reply.
Indeed, it's very good all these advances, I'm very happy.
However, the cookies have become bigger... I'm not talking about 3 years ago, but 15 years ago... I used to buy them at the Migros in Neumarkt, Biel.
Best regards.
Laurence
p.s. unless I'm mistaken, they're the right size in a cookie mix... but as I don't like the others... I no longer buy the mix pack.
