Why do I have detergent residue on the laundry? The dosage is correct, the machine works perfectly.

Hello habalani, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our experience, we assume that the product is overdosed. For lightly soiled laundry, 40 ml is sufficient. For less than 4-5 kg, 15 ml is sufficient. It is important not to overfill the machine. In concrete terms, this means

- Cotton: fill loosely so that there is still room for the palm of your hand at the top
- Easy-care: fill drum 1/2 full
- Wool and silk: fill the drum 1/3 full

If you follow this procedure, please let us know your water hardness and how much laundry you are washing on which program. The production code printed on the bag would also be very useful to us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thanks for the quick reply. I realized today that I dosed the same at 40° and 60°. As the 40 is only half full in each case, I am now reducing the dosage. Kind regards, habalani

I'm still totally confused by the rebranding of the Total line. I used to buy "Total Sensitive" liquid and powder, using the powder for whites - because I once read it contained bleach - and the liquid for everything. Now there is no longer a simple "Total Sensitive". Is this "1 for all" here the successor to the "Total Sensitive" liquid?

Hello mlistening, thank you for your inquiry. The "1 for all Sensitive" is not a direct successor to the "Total" version. The product is intended for particularly sensitive skin and cleans all types of fabrics and colors, but it does not contain any bleaching agents or optical brighteners. In this context, it is correct that bleach is only found in heavy-duty detergent powders. The liquid detergents for whites and light-colored fabrics have a bleach substitute that brightens the colors. A heavy-duty detergent in powder form with bleach therefore has the strongest washing power and is best suited for whites and light colors. However, there are also color detergent powders that are gentle on the colors and therefore do not require bleach. It is therefore not possible to generalize that powders can only be used for light-coloured laundry and liquid detergents for coloured laundry. Which product should be used for which purpose is indicated on the packaging. We hope these lines are informative for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this suitable for baby clothes?

Hello Franky92, the detergent is also suitable for baby clothes. However, you should follow the washing recommendations on the clothing and the dosage instructions on the packaging. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

And when will this 1 for all sensitive be available in powder form? Would be full cool👍🏼

Hello RinaPink, thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to offer the product in powder form. You will soon find 1 for all sensitive multicaps in the range - perhaps this will also be an alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
