Out of 4 flower pots, two were broken! I have contacted your customer service, what you call customer service is a sap store and that at Migros! I had to photograph the two broken pots first and send the photos! After that I now have problems too, I have to dispose of the two pots at my own expense, which costs me another 3.20! I'm sure the pots would be fine if they were packed properly! Now I have to pay the disposal costs myself! I certainly won't be ordering anything else and won't be recommending it to anyone else with customer service like this! I have now ordered flower pots from somewhere else! Perfect delivery and well packaged! I am very disappointed with Migros!
