Can the tart tartlets still be baked after filling? (30 minutes at 180°) for lemon tartlets?

No, I would say they will burn. Instead, use a ready-made dough, cut it out and bake it with the filling.

Hello Ice-bell, thank you for your request. We recommend that you do not bake the Törtchenbödeli again, otherwise they will get too dark. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Zxy123, the Tortenbödeli do not contain any lactose-containing ingredients, but the presence of traces of milk due to any carry-over in the manufacturing process cannot be completely ruled out. For this reason, the product also carries a trace label. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Here is the lot number of the Törtchenbödeli, which not only no longer taste good, but also look bad! L0847 Expiry date. 23.05.21 Bought on 12.02.21 in Langendorf

Hello Intradent, thank you for your feedback on the Tortenbödeli. The specialist department confirms that no changes have been made. The recipe is unchanged and the price adjustment has no connection with a product adjustment. We have to assume that there has been a selective deviation - we apologize for this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, I have been eating and loving these tartlets for over 50 years. But today I experienced a moment of shock. All those years I loved them just as they were and they always remained just as good, until today! They are no longer the same! Now that they've become cheaper, the quality has had to be cheaper too😒. Bland and harder! The decades of fine taste simply gone. Now I have to say goodbye to a very fine and formative Migros item since my youth. What a pity

Hello Intradent, it's a shame that the Tortenbödeli didn't taste as good as usual. We will get to the bottom of this and clarify the issue with the production department. We would also ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the batch number. The lot number usually begins with L and consists of a mixture of numbers and letters. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the Törtchenbödeli have been a delight since my childhood and the taste seems to be unchanged - keep up the good work.
BUT: Please replace the aluminum foil with a more environmentally friendly material. I can't understand why every ramekin has to be made of aluminum! That is one reason why I no longer buy the tartlet tins.
Kind regards

We think the bödeli are good, but unfortunately they soften quickly when they are filled. The aluminum ramekins are also a problem, can't you replace them with paper ones?

Dear guest
It is difficult to judge without a sample. However, we have not changed the popular Tortenbödeli recipe or the production process.
More than 10 years ago, we tried using cardboard instead of aluminum buns for ecological reasons. Unfortunately, the number of complaints about the dough sticking to the base and the fragile pastry breaking increased, so we had to revert to the tried-and-tested aluminum buns.
