Great, very traditional and excellent tasting semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized milk, which is not only extremely popular with younger people! Mild, delicately acidic taste, first-class bouquet, rather soft, easy to cut and keeps perfectly for a very long time! Extremely attractively priced! A big compliment and a hearty MERCI!
