I wonder why so many similar products do not carry any information about their use and/or preparation. This, for example, what exactly is it? An accompanying sauce or is it for marinating? Is it to be added during cooking or is it to be used raw? Is it to be used alone or does it require the addition of other ingredients, as is often the case? Having said that, I think it would be important to allow people to view the back of the packages as well (as, moreover, is already possible on Coop and Aldi shops), so that they can read any instructions, special directions, and any other information useful for making an informed choice.
