Good portion. Good consistency. Quick to process
We really like these udon noodles. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that you can't find the noodles under the term "udon" in the Migros app, even though it's written in big letters on the packaging. You can only find them under "wheat noodles" ;-)
Very good with tamarind paste

They don't taste particularly good and don't absorb the salt in the soup/broth. Were they pre-cooked in salt-free water?
Portion too small
Packaging is easy and taste it good. Need about 3 packs for a serving of 2.
The taste is okay, but they stick together so strongly that you can hardly separate them. The consistency also has little to do with udon noodles. They are far too soft. The bite and the typical mouthfeel are completely missing.
Great for frying or as a noodle soup.
Practical for making a dish with vegetables and soybeans
