It is mild. Very good with rice and shrimp. Can't put much in and being alone in the house to use it, a smaller package would be more convenient.
Bought because great size for a small household and "at least" EU organic label. It would be better with an organic bud. I really like the taste, but it's a bit too mild for me - but it's easy to season. It's great that they are also available in green and red.

The least for my taste, as it wasn't spicy enough. But there's something for everyone. Tastes very good and goes well with a variety of dishes.
