The title is "Thurgauer-Wurst". Is that deliberate, so that you can't find this product when you search for "Cervelat"? Why not name the product "Thurgauer-Cervelat"?
Hello kurthasler55, thank you for your inquiry. The Thurgau sausage is indeed very similar to Cervelats, but there are two main differences, hence the difference in name. The Thurgau sausage weighs 330g and the Cervelats only 200g. In addition, unlike the other Cervelats in our range, the Thurgau sausage contains veal instead of beef. Great - but why not also offer Schmid's bratwurst? There is a lack of high-end barbecue products at Migros! Focusing on "cheap" is not great for all customers.
