Although it's small and expensive like a standard tube, I tend to leave the tube lying around too long after the expiration date, which can cause digestive problems after just one use, so it ends up in the garbage can. With this mini-tube, I get exactly the dose I need and I stop wasting it for good. Too bad it doesn't exist for horseradish and Dijon mustard.

One of my favorite sauces from the tube. I am aware that smaller tubes are automatically more expensive. The reason is that some of the work involved in the production chain is the same, whether it's a small or large tube... But I think a factor higher than 2.5x the content is unjustified.
