I bought this "Sauce Hollandaise" in a Migros store and thought that the packaging had been changed from the tried and tested original Thomy Hollandaise (the latter was not available on the shelf). The disillusionment came when I coated my expensive asparagus with this sauce and tasted it: sheer horror, absolute disgust! Or to put it another way: an insult to asparagus and the palate! Score 0 for this chemical.

I found it terrible, sour & still somehow bland. At first I looked at the date to see if it might be "bad". But no, it really tastes that bad.
