Does not taste good! The other ready-made hollandaises don't contain any butter either!

I bought this "Sauce Hollandaise" in a Migros store and thought that the packaging had been changed from the tried and tested original Thomy Hollandaise (the latter was not available on the shelf). The disillusionment came when I coated my expensive asparagus with this sauce and tasted it: sheer horror, absolute disgust! Or to put it another way: an insult to asparagus and the palate! Score 0 for this chemical.
Great option if you need to go fast :)
