Hello, I have always been delighted with Thomy mayonnaise a la française. The taste is still perfect. But why do the products have to be changed all the time? For some time now, the consistency has no longer been right... After 2-3 days, for example, the salad dressing becomes completely runny again. It also behaves differently at the beginning... Please return to the old consistency. THANKS

Hello Quiiiick, thank you very much for your message. First of all, we are pleased that the taste of the product has convinced you. We are all the more sorry that this no longer applies to the consistency. You are right to contact us. This is the only way we can follow up on your comment. For further clarification, we would ask you to send us the best-before date and the batch number (a combination of numbers and letters) of one tube. We thank you in advance for your valuable support. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello ---ela---, thank you for your question. This mayonnaise is made in France. We use eggs from free-range hens for the preparation. The eggs come from various European countries. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Really? This classic from Thomy is now made abroad, I can hardly believe it!!!? I just bought one today. It still says "made in Switzerland". No, there must be a mix-up. Yes, M-Classic Mayo (and many other Migros sauces in general) are now made in France.

Hello, Just out of curiosity, I'd like to know which country the "free-range" eggs used in Thomy's mayonnaise come from. Thank you.

Hello Alison, Thank you very much for your interest in THOMY's products. As the quantity of eggs required for the manufacture of THOMY products exceeds the availability of Swiss agriculture, these eggs are sourced from the Netherlands. In May, THOMY will be replacing free-range eggs with soil-raised eggs. We wish you bon appétit and send you our warmest regards. Your M-Infoline team

Hey brunopatrick Thanks for your post. We do not (yet) have this type of mayonnaise in our range. We will be happy to pass on your suggestion to our specialist department. Please don't be disappointed if we are unable to meet your request, or not immediately. Have a nice day and best regards from the M-Infoline team

I would very much appreciate it if Thomy Mayo were also available in a smaller pack. The tube is too big for small households, so I can't use it up by the expiration date. Thank you very much for considering this request!

Hello conik@sunrise.ch
Thanks for your input. We will look into including smaller packaging in the next range revision. We can't promise you anything, but we appreciate good suggestions.

The "new" fastener is useless! It's totally cumbersome! Otherwise the mayo is the best I know!

Dear guest
As this mayonnaise is a third-party brand, we unfortunately have little or no influence on the packaging. As Thomy is not only sold in Migros, we are unfortunately unable to change the packaging. We therefore recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly.
Kind regards

I am fortunately not addicted, but the closure could be better

The new cap is a real test! Fortunately, the average lifespan of a tube in my household is only one week :-)
