I can't understand why every burger in the last few deliveries have looked freezer burnt and as if they defrosted and were refrozen once or twice. As far as people saying there's an unbelievable amount of fat while cooking, that's just the reality of wagu, such fat giving the flavor of the meat. Unfortunately, burgers need to be fully cooked and that just undermines the purpose of wagu.
For being burgers they are good
far too fatty and too strong a flavour
This could almost rate 4/5 for taste, but the amount of fat that was generated during frying was unbelievable. The burgers were almost swimming in it. Maybe good to have a couple in the freezer for emergencies but I will go back to buying minced meat and making my own burgers.
Très bon mais cher
Very good for a TK Patty
Not recommended Taste is so-so, meat is inferior, not a pleasure to eat such a burger.
Underground was very good at the beginning, but now the quality is catastrophic.
The product is now produced in Switzerland (saves customs duties?). Only with salt without garlic & onion powder etc... like the Dutch import back then. More premium frozen products would be really great.
Best frozen burger, the Wagyu burger is the HAMMER, too bad it sells out quickly.
