Why does the yellow curry paste have WHEAT FLOUR??... the red and green ones don't have it either. Can't it be replaced or left out?
Hello Sara12345, thank you for your message. This is a branded product, which is why we unfortunately only have limited influence on the recipe. None of our curry powders in the spice sector contain wheat flour. Instead of wheat flour, we sometimes use guar gum, which does not contain gluten. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
