I made 2 packs of red curry sauce. Was inedibly hot! In the past, the sauce was - as declared - "medium". Now it seems to have mutated into "deadly hot". Production error?

We have not made any changes to the recipe. As these are natural ingredients of herbs and spices, certain variations are possible not only in the taste (intensity) but also in the degree of spiciness. However, you are right - after closer examination of the product, we found that the spiciness is far too intense.
We have already taken the necessary measures with our manufacturer. He is already producing the sauce again with a milder taste. The new product was delivered to Migros stores in mid-March.

Thank you for your feedback. In order for us to investigate, we need the M-Data and the lot number of your packaging. You can usually find the lot number near the best-before date and it starts with L or it is a mixture of numbers and letters.

It's not edible!!! We like spicy food. But this is a "no go"!
Especially as we have been consuming the product regularly for years, I can say without a lotnunmer that something must have happened here. What a pity! You should try it yourself and not just go by this number.
