Different criteria are relevant depending on the product group. The calculation logic was changed in 2024 and has become stricter, including in the assessment of salt and sugar. It is therefore more difficult to get a "good" Nutri-Score. You can currently find products with the old and new logic in the stores. The Älplerbrot (item number 111410100500) with a C is labeled according to the new, stricter logic. The Ticino Rustico bread (item number 111486700500) with a B is still calculated according to the old logic. With the new logic, it would also receive a C with the current recipe.
