Nutei score B ? How does this come about? in comparison to the älplerbrot which only has a c and no sugar less salt and no emulsifiers or whole eggs from barn farming...
Thanks for the message
Hello beanblossom, the Nutri-Score summarizes the nutritional value of a product and offsets positive nutritional properties - a high protein or fibre content, a high proportion of vegetables and fruit - against negative properties - a high proportion of energy, saturated fatty acids, sugar or salt. Different criteria are relevant depending on the product group. The calculation logic was changed in 2024 and has become stricter, including in the assessment of salt and sugar. It is therefore more difficult to get a "good" Nutri-Score. You can currently find products with the old and new logic in the stores. The Älplerbrot (item number 111410100500) with a C is labeled according to the new, stricter logic. The Ticino Rustico bread (item number 111486700500) with a B is still calculated according to the old logic. With the new logic, it would also receive a C with the current recipe. In addition to the Nutri-Score, it is therefore always helpful to check the list of ingredients and the nutritional table - as you are already doing. Best regards,
Thank you

Hi, it says here that it also contains "emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids". Is this ingredient of vegetable or animal origin? Thank you very much.
Hello GreenArrow, thank you for your question. Emulsifiers such as E471 and E472 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), which we use in the production of our bread and bakery products, are always of vegetable origin. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much

Hello Why can't I find this excellent Ticino bread anymore? I can't find it in either Thierrens or Romanel.
As a result of a production problem since August 2, you will not find the "Ticinese rustico" bread on sale in our Migros stores. However, we would like to inform you that it will be available again from Tuesday, September 19, 2023. your M-Infoline team

Yes, where can you still find it? I see that both small and large stores in my region (Limmattal) no longer stock this bread.
We are sorry that you are missing the Ticino Rustico IP Suisse in the Migros range. Due to a production bottleneck, the bread is currently out of stock. From approx. CW 35 it should be back in the assortment. your M-Infoline Team
Thank you, I also missed the bread in the store. It tastes so good and, above all, stays fresh for a very long time. This factor is particularly important in my single household. No wonder the Rustico quickly became my favorite bread.

Why does the bread have whole egg and egg in it? They don't belong in bread and are superfluous.
If it doesn't contain whole eggs, with less than 0.6 percent egg, your question is superfluous and unnecessary.
No, it is not. Eggs don't belong in bread, and not in rustic bread anyway.
