Good morning , in fact 4 weeks have already passed since the last contact without getting an answer ? As you wrote , you wanted to contact the supplier ? Actually , it would be something small , just light the candles , then you can see after a short time what it is about ! Can I still expect a clarifying answer or has this been forgotten ? Kind regards René Siegrist

Good morning thank you for your reply , I do not agree with the explanation of your area manager and it confuses me quite a bit . Please find attached 2 photos of the two candles I lit this morning to check again if your explanation is correct. Candle on the left was in the fragrance lamp and barely burned , apropos , gets hotter and burns down faster . On the contrary, it burns more slowly and certainly gets hotter! But the ratio of wax and wick is not right here, but that is not important because you are not allowed to burn it with the fragrance lamp. I lit the candle on the right free-standing and had no clay pot around it, but it burned just as slowly, i.e. the flame was too low, again, the ratio between wax and wick is not right! The person responsible for the area should take the trouble to light the rechaud candles and see how they develop! Once again, the Color Rechaud candles do not have this and I also maintain that a different wax and a different wick were used here. For me the issue is settled , for some reason these candles are sold at Fr. 6.95 !
Thank you very much for the gift card I received.
Kind regards René Siegrist

Good morning , I don't understand why I get the same answer to my post twice ? I had replied to your feedback yesterday , now I get the same reply as to my 2nd mail ? You have received 6 photos, I have described to you exactly how the situation is and you can see this on the pictures when the wax is liquid and how large the amount of wax is still when you light it again! You describe the time how long you should let a candle burn ! I did not say that there are holes! The wax is always very liquid like in the pictures! You can also see which tea light it is!
I think everything is very clear here , question - answer , you can read everything , so I wonder , do several people take care of such a case ?
Then the overview must be lost.
Kind regards René S.
Hello and good day , thanks for the answer . Enclosed are two pictures of the back of the cardboard packaging, with a number at the bottom, plus the price tag with various numbers. Perhaps you can find out something about this. The burning time is about 8 hours if you can burn the candle down in one go. However, this is rarely the case, I think with 1-2 interruptions it is real. When relighting, the flame is only half as big and sometimes it hardly burns at all. To be honest, it is of little use to me if I can buy such a product cheaply and it doesn't work normally afterwards. That's why from now on I will only buy the color version at Fr. 8.95 or the rechau candles in an aluminum pot. Thank you very much for your clarification . best regards René S.
Hello migroslino22, thank you for your feedback including the photos.
So that we can give you a detailed answer, it would be helpful to know where the tealights were placed and what kind of tealight holder was used. The holders have an influence on the burning of the candle.
With candles and tea lights, it should generally be noted that the candle needs to be left burning for a while to ensure it burns well. It is generally advisable to only extinguish the candle when the entire upper part is liquid - otherwise a hole may form.
We look forward to reading from you again. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello René, thank you very much for your feedback. We assure you that it was not our intention to give you information that is irrelevant to you - please accept our apologies! We have internal processes to follow when dealing with concerns. This means that our response may not always come from the same person. How this misunderstanding came about: We had unfortunately overlooked the photos you sent us. Hence our counter-question about where the tea lights were. We are sorry. The specialist department has been informed about the duplicate comments. We are looking into this.
We discussed this again with those responsible for the area. It is indeed the case that the maxi tealights generate far more heat than the 4-hour tealights. This is why there is a pictogram on the packaging indicating that a teapot (fragrance lamp) should not be used. This allows the heat to build up and accelerate the burning and liquefaction of the wax. We hope this explanation helps you.
We are glad we were able to inspire you with the Color candles and the Rechaud candles 😊. Thank you for the positive feedback. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good day , please find attached photos of how the rechaud candles burn ! I find them very different, I have taken a candle of the color candles as a comparison. Unfortunately I cannot prove the complaint as I can no longer find the receipt in my account. Probably paid with mom's Cumulus card and she doesn't have an account. It also says on the packaging that you shouldn't use the candles for fragrance lamps, I mainly need them for that! That's the end of the complaint for me. This product is also not suitable, if you look at the pictures, once blown out and later relit, the candle no longer burns normally. In my case, I will no longer buy these candles, but I think the Color rechaud candles are very good! Kind regards René S.
Hello migroslino22, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into it. Do you still have the production number to hand? This is shown on the packaging, it can also be a mix of numbers and letters. Please also let us know whether and, if so, how often the burning time was interrupted. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
