In consultation with the product manager, I would like to give you the following feedback on your review: Each vanilla extract end product contains a vanilla extract, which is typically obtained by alcoholic extraction from vanilla beans. It is supplemented with ingredients such as invert sugar, agave syrup or syrup, glycerine and/or water.
The Taylor & Colledge vanilla extract takes a special approach here: it uses a triple-concentrated vanilla extract that is mixed with organic agave syrup. This makes it possible to capture the aromatic depth and complexity of real vanilla particularly intensively - and to deliberately reduce the alcohol content to below 4%.
Taylor & Colledge vanilla extract uses organic and Fairtrade-certified agave syrup - a plant-based ingredient with a natural sweetness that harmoniously complements the vanilla flavor. The high proportion of agave syrup makes the low alcohol content possible.
