Hello Kendlbacher, our investigations have shown that the alcohol content is max. 4% vol. Please note, however, that you only need a small amount of this vanilla extract (recommended dosage: 1 teaspoon is sufficient for 200 g of dough, cream or custard) and the alcohol content - depending on the intended use - evaporates during baking, for example.
