We have had the same experience. We have also been buying Le Tartare very regularly for years. For some time now, we have also had mold problems. At first we thought that perhaps we had opened the tins too long (because we don't consume them very quickly), but the last two times the mold was already there about three days after opening, although the shelf life was still over two weeks and although we had taken special care to use a separate clean knife just for this product. I think there is a real quality problem and Migros should do something about it.

The quality has been miserable for a few weeks now. Mold has hardly been opened. 1 in 3 packs is even moldy unopened, although the product would still have a shelf life of at least 7 days.
