Why was the price suddenly increased? You don't want to claim that the main ingredient WATER in the almond paste is suddenly more expensive, do you?
This is how customers are annoyed for no reason - and ultimately lost...

In the event of a sharp increase, we are forced to pass on some of these additional costs to our customers. We are of course monitoring the situation on the market closely.
