As I only have a microwave, I used a glass Tupperware in which I put half the original tray. The next day, I did the same to prevent the food from spoiling. In short, quite a lot of lasagne and poor, dry contents. I noticed this at first glance when I cut and transferred. So, I added a cup of gouache soup that had been lying around in my fridge for months for extra liquidity, a few olives on top and off I went into the microwave. For it to be really hot, it turned for 30 minutes at temperature M. I was right to add more ingredients, as the taste was average, with an obvious lack of cheese. The next day, I found a cup of soup that was also lying around with the previous one, but this one was squash and I put one half in the Tupperware, after which the rest of the lasagne, the soup and I added some leftover cheese, olives, anchovies, capers and hop for 30 minutes to turn. That was better. With Hercules Classico bread of course, since a meal without bread isn't really a meal and it doesn't hold up well in the stomach.
I'll buy more. You have to add too much to make it taste good, and as it's ultra-processed products, I'm terribly bored with the soup that's been lying around for months without moving. And in reality, not only is it unhealthy, it's more expensive. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank GIM for ruining my life and my health by putting me up in this little hovel, which doesn't even let me have a simple electric hob so I can cook at home.
as good as ever!
